9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude winph35's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
10.1 winph35 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
